1. How do we participate in Tambola?
Tambola is a very simple game - numbers are called out on the screen one at a time and the Participants need to strike the numbers on their ticket if the same matches. Numbers 1-90 are announced randomly on the screen and the Participants need to strike the number by tapping the number on their ticket. -
2. What are the winning patterns?
Early Five
First to strike off 5 numbers on the ticket and successfully claim the winning combination.
Top Line
First to strike off all the numbers on the top line and successfully claim the winning combination.
Middle Line
First to strike off all the numbers on the middle line and successfully claim the winning combination.
Bottom Line
First to strike off all the numbers on the bottom line and successfully claim the winning combination.
Corners
First to strike off the first and last numbers of the Top line and Bottom Line and successfully claim the winning combination.
Full House
First to cross all the numbers on their ticket and successfully claim the winning combination.
Please note – A Participant cannot win the same combination more than once -
3. What are the elements / features in the Game?
The major elements in the Game are:- a. Golden Ticket
- b. Play with Friends
In addition to the above features, the current enhancement includes the functionality of a Video Host, Watch and Earn and Daily Challenges. Please refer to the updated Game interface for details of these features -
4. What is the Golden Ticket?
The Golden Ticket is the ticket purchased by the Participant by burning his/her Engage Points for participating in the Game- a. During the Game Period, the Participant is entitled to avail only one (1) Ticket per event which is active or scheduled upon answering the Quiz Question correctly. For avoidance of doubt, the Ticket may be generated anytime during the day for the subsequent event of the Game.
- b. Each Ticket is active during the Game Period only.
- c. During the Game Period, certain numbers are randomly announced by the Company. Such announced numbers are notified on the Game screen.
- d. If the announced number matches any number present in the Ticket of the Participant, the Participant must actively tick-off such number.
- e. All Categories (Early-5; Top-Line; Middle Line; Bottom Line; Corners; and Full House) are available in the Game for a Participant to choose within the Stipulated Time.

5. What are Engage Points?
These are points allocated by the Company as a part of its loyalty program.- a. The Company will award each Participant with 200 Engage Points at the beginning of the Game for the first time. The Participant may earn more Engage Points by watching video ads made available in the Game.
- b. The following methodology will be followed to convert the existing points to Engage Points.
- c. A conversion methodology of 20% subject to a maximum cap of 3,000 Engage Points will be applied to the existing Tambola Points. Only whole values post conversion will be considered. Decimal values will be ignored. For example, if the Participant has 1001 coins, he/she will be credited with 200 Engage Points only and not 200.20 Engage Points. Please refer to the below table for details:

6. What are Daily Challenges?
- a. Apart from the Golden Ticket and Private Room features, the Participants will be rewarded with Prize(s) post completion of Daily Challenges. An indicative list of Daily Challenges are mentioned below:

1. How can we use the “Play with Friends” feature?
You can participate and use the “Play with Friends” feature by creating a room and sharing the code to your friends. You can also join a Private Room by entering the Private Room Code shared to you by your friends. -
2. How can I create a Private Room?
- d. A Participant who invites friends to the Private Room shall name the game and set up game details including entry price (“Entry Price”) to be placed by each participant to enter the Private Room created.
- e. The Entry Price for the this feature is as follows:
10, 20, 50, 75, 100, 150, 300, 400, 500.
- f. The Participants taking part in the Private Room is entitled to avail one (1) Ticket upon answering the Quiz Question correctly.

3. How many people can join the Private Room?
There is no limit on maximum count of people, however, a minimum two players are required for a game. -
4. How is the Prize finalized?
Entry Price given by each participant (to enter a room) as set by the Host is added up and distributed is in below ratio:Winning Pattern

5. Can I participate in the Golden ticket and Play with Friends at the same time?
No, in Tambola you can participate only in one element of the game at one time. If you have participated in ‘Play with Friends’, you must quit the game to join the ‘GoldenTicket’. -
6. If I quit Play with Friends from a started game, will I get my Engage Points back?
No, once you have joined the room using your coins and you quit the Game you won’t get your Engage Points back.
