  • 1. What is the offer period (or) Why am I not being able to redeem the code now? (or) Why is nothing happening after I give a missed call?

    The Cadbury Dairy Milk Wish Pack Campaign is starting on 13th of February 2021 and ending on 15th of April 2021. In case you have purchased the Cadbury Wishpack prior to start date, you can save the code printed inside the pack and give the missed call on 13th of February 2021 to participate in the campaign and redeem the code.
  • 2. How can I participate in Cadbury Wish Pack Campaign?

    The consumer needs to purchase the Cadbury Dairy Milk Wish Pack (MRP Rs.10) product to participate in the contest and stand a chance to win exciting prizes like Free Jio Data, Mobile Smartphones, Free Rs. 50/- Cashback as per Cadbury Dairy Milk Wishpack Campaign T&Cs.
      • Consumers can give a missed call to 1800-889-1000. Consumers can click on the link provided in the auto generated SMS received on giving the missed call, which will lead them to the Wish Pack Campaign on website or My Jio App.
      • Consumer needs to enter the code printed inside the pack on the website –https://www.jio.com/Cadburywishpack or on My Jio App (Cadbury Dairy Milk Wish Pack Portal on the Jio Engage page).
      • All valid entries with correct codes will get a chance to win exciting rewards during the Campaign Period subject to T&Cs of the Campaign
  • 3. Will I get a chance to participate in Cadbury Wish Pack Offer if I don’t have access to My Jio app?

    Yes, you can participate through the website. You would need to enter your phone number and code printed inside the pack correctly on the website https://www.jio.com/Cadburywishpack.
  • 4. How will I know if I am the winner in Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    A popup window will appear on the page which will reveal the prize to the participant. The participant can also access the reward details in the My Winning tab on the My Jio App/website.
    If a participant is shortlisted for the smartphone, he/she will receive a telephonic correspondence from BIG CITY PROMOTION's representative. The shortlisted participant will be declared as a winner on successful submission and verification of the requisite documents mentioned in the FAQs and T&Cs.
    If a participant has won cashback, a new code is generated. This would need to be filled on the redirected webpage of Big City & necessary wallet/UPI details would need to be provided. The cashback code will expire on 15th May 2021. Last date to register on Big City webpage for redeeming the cashback code is 30th April 2021.
  • 5. Is it guaranteed that I will win if I participate in Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    No, there are limited prizes to be distributed under the Campaign. Please refer T&Cs for more details on the prizes, odds of winning and winner selection criteria. Any unique code entered will be accepted only once. There is no limit however on the number of times in a day a consumer can participate in the contest with new codes each time.
  • 6. Can I win more than one reward in Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    Each participant is eligible to win only one Smartphone and Cashback during the Campaign Period. However, Participants stand a chance to win unlimited Free Jio Data Prizes as per T&Cs of the Campaign.
  • 7. Is the Cadbury Wish pack available without the promo as well?

    The regular Cadbury Dairy Milk Rs.10 pack is available without the promo as well.
  • 8. What is the validity of this Cadbury Wish Pack offer?

    The Cadbury Dairy Milk Wish pack contest is valid from 00:00 hours on 13th February, 2021 to 23:59 hours on 15th April, 2021. Any entries received before or after this time period will not be considered a valid entry.
  • 9. Within how many days will I receive my smartphone reward, if any won for Cadbury Wish Pack offer?

    The consumer will receive the smartphone reward in not more than 45 business days post the confirmation of document verification from the Campaign Partner and Delivery Partner. Jio Data Prizes shall be credited within 7 working days. Regarding Cashback, please refer FAQ #20 for details.
  • 10. Is my Cadbury Wish Pack offer reward Transferrable?

    The participants (except Jio Phone users) who have won free Jio data prizes can transfer the reward to their friends and family. Please note that only users who are Jio consumers can redeem the Jio data prizes.
    Smartphone and Cashback reward cannot be transferred.
  • 11. I am getting an error message for Cadbury Wish Pack Offer – Code already used or error in code. What do I Do?

    All Unique Codes printed inside the pack can only be used once. If the code has already been used once, the consumer cannot use the same code again. Refer T&C for more details.
    In all other cases if the consumer is still facing an issue, they will have to share a screenshot of the error page and a photo of the code printed inside the pack to the Consumer care number: 1800 22 7080.
  • 12. I am not a Reliance Jio customer, can I still participate in the Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    Consumers who are not Reliance Jio customers can also participate in the contest by logging on to website @ https://www.jio.com/Cadburywishpack or by downloading the My Jio app from Play Store / Apple Store.
  • 13. I am not a Reliance Jio customer and I have won Free Data Vouchers by playing Cadbury Wish Pack Offer, Can I get the voucher amount transferred to my Telecom Operator?

    No, this voucher is valid only for subscribers of telecom services of RJIL. However, if you are not a subscriber of RJIL telecom services, you can transfer the voucher to your friends and family. Please note that only users who are subscribers of telecom services of RJIL can redeem the Jio data vouchers. Refer T&Cs for more details.
  • 14. What will be the validity of the Free Data Vouchers rewarded under the Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    The reward will be added to the current base plan existing for the Participant. The validity dates are same as the current plan validity to consume the reward. Refer T&Cs for more details.
  • 15. Will I have to pay Gift Tax for claiming the reward under the Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    The consumer will not have to pay any gift tax for claiming the reward.
  • 16. Is it mandatory for me to share my Government ID and other details for claiming the reward under the Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    It is mandatory for participants to share the relevant documents to claim the reward. Participants will be announced as winners only after successful verification of the submitted documents.
  • 17. What are the documents which needs to be shared for claiming my reward under the Cadbury Wish Pack offer?

      (a) Copy of Valid Driving License or AADHAR or PASSPORT or Voter ID Card or PAN Card as proof for identification and verification purpose only.
      (b) A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more.
      (c) It is mandatory to submit a minimum of two documents (for age and address verification) for Smartphone winners.

  • 18. How can I share my documents to claim for the reward under the Cadbury Wish Pack Offer?

    For participants who have won a free smartphone, a confirmation and processing call will come in from the BIG CITY PROMOTION's representative. The representative will share the details over phone on how to share the documents. Shortlisted participants can submit their documents within 48 hours via Email or Post the hardcopies of documents to the address shared by BigCity representative.
  • 19. Will I get a confirmation for this Cadbury Wish Pack offer post receipt of the documents?

    All documents received will be verified by the campaign management team and a confirmation message will be shared by the team indicating the same. Post the confirmation message through Email ID / SMS, the reward will then be dispatched within 7 working days and the AWB number will also be shared with the customer for easy tracking.

  • 20. How do I redeem my Cashback?

    You can redeem your cashback by following the below steps –
      a) Visit www.cadburywish.bigcityexperience.com
      b) Enter your Name, Voucher Code, Email ID and Mobile Number and click “Submit”
      c) You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number
      d) Enter the OTP on the website
      e) You will be redirected to the booking page where you can choose your preferred mode of credit (UPI or NEFT or Paytm Wallet)
      f) Enter the necessary details on screen and click “Submit”
      g) Your cashback will be processed on your chosen mode of credit within 24-48 business hours
  • 21. Can I redeem my cashback via Paytm Wallet if I have not completed my KYC?

    No, you will not be able to redeem your cashback via Paytm wallet if you are not KYC compliant. You can either complete your KYC before choosing this option or opt for either NEFT or UPI.
  • 22. What is the validity of my Cashback code?

    Your cashback code will expire on 15th May 2021. Last date to register, for redeeming the code, on www.cadburywish.bigcityexperience.com is 30th April 2021. Please ensure you redeem your cashback before this date.
  • 23. Can I redeem my cashback without a bank account?

    No, you cannot redeem your cashback without a valid bank account.

  • 24. What do I need to do if I win a Smartphone

    If you get shortlisted as Smartphone winner, you will receive a call from a BigCity representative. Please ensure you submit the documents requested in the call within the given time period i.e. 48 hours. It is mandatory to submit documents as per FAQ #17 for successful verification. Post verification, BigCity representative will contact you again with the details of the dispatch.
  • 25. I have won a Free Smartphone by playing Cadbury Wish Pack Offer. How can I claim the reward?

    For participants who have won a free smartphone, a confirmation and processing call will come in from the BIG CITY PROMOTION's representative. BigCity representative will make 3 calls over 48 hours to establish contact with the shortlisted winner. If contact is unsuccessful and participants failed to pick and receive the calls even after 3rd attempt, shortlisted winner’s claim and award will be forfeited. If contact is successful, the participants are required to respond to confirm eligibility, acceptance of the Prize and to provide two mandatory verification documents for Age and Address verification within 48 hours of initial contact. Once the participant shares all the relevant documents and the same has been confirmed by the organizer, the reward shall be initiated for dispatch and notified to the participant. Once reward is delivered successfully, BigCity representative will then contact the winner again to confirm receipt of the same.
  • 26. What happens if I submit the requested documents after 48 hours?

    In case the requested documents are not received within 48 hours of the call, your prize will stand forfeited. We therefore request you to ensure that your documents are submitted within 48 hours.

  • 28. Do I need to make any payment to claim my Smartphone if declared a winner?

    No, you do not need to make any payment if you are shortlisted as a winner. However, you will need to submit your valid Age and Address Proof documents within 48 hours of initial contact, for successful verification..
