CADBURY SILK #MISSYOU CAMPAIGN


This Cadbury Silk #MissYou Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign") is an initiative of Mondelez India Foods Private Limited having its registered office at Unit No 2001, 20th Floor, Tower-3 Wing-C, One International Centre (foremerly known as Indiabulls Finance Centre), Parel, Mumbai - 400 013 (“Mondelez”) in association with Jio Platforms Limited. (“Jio”). Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before participating in this Campaign.

Participation in this Campaign is voluntary. You agree that, if you chose to participate in this Campaign, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Campaign eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Mondelez has engaged with Jio to organize and run the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Partner”) which shall be hosted on JioEngage platform on MyJio application (hereinafter referred to as “JioEngage”).

Mondelez has partnered with Reliance Retail Pvt. Ltd. (“Reliance”) and Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Limited (“Qwikcilver”) to facilitate the redemption of coupons offered as part of a promotion activity on the Cadbury Silk Pack for the Campaign. Jio, Reliance and Qwikcilver are hereinafter together referred to as “Execution Partners”).

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Campaign and "We" or "Our" or “Us” or “Mondelez” shall mean Mondelez India Foods Private Limited.


1. ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:

(i) You need to be a natural person;
(ii) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(iii) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
(iv) You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.

All who fulfil the eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

Our or Campaign Partner’s or Execution Partner’s and their respective employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, partners, children and grandchildren), and their affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Campaign agencies are not eligible to participate or avail any benefits under the Campaign.

2. DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN AND HOW TO ENTER:

a. This Campaign will commence from 12:00 AM on 2nd September 2020 and end at 11:59 PM on 11th September 2020 ("Campaign Period"). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign as per our discretion and without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard. The campaign shall be available PAN India.

b. A bonus quiz has been made available for Participants from 12th to 14th september, 2020 (“Bonus Quiz”). Participants to note that there shall be no Prizes as stipulated under clause 3 of these T&Cs for the Bonus Quiz and the Bonus Quiz is only made available for the entertainment of the Participants.

c. In order to be eligible for the Campaign, during the Campaign Period, you must visit My Jio.

d. You must follow the following steps to participate in the Campaign
(i) Participants who do not have the My Jio app installed on their phone will have to download it from the Android Play Store/ Apple Store, as applicable and data charges and expenses of the same will be borne by the user. Jio mobile SIM customers (users) will be automatically logged into MyJio App. Non-Jio users will have to complete the registration through an OTP process. OTP is generated as soon as you submit your Mobile number. In case it is not received, please check the number you have entered and click the ‘Re-send’ button.
(ii) If you have seen the notifications/ advertisement or otherwise come across the Silk #MissYou Campaign Banner on JioEngage, MyJio, Jio TV or Jio Cinema you are required to click on the banner which will lead to the Campaign page under JioEngage on My Jio (“Banner”).
(iii) You will see a visual of loading screen which will be on screen for couple of seconds.
(iv) You will then be shown the “How to Play” screen which will also have a choose your gender input and a check box to accept T&C’s. Select that check box and move ahead
(v) A new Quiz will be set for each day at 12 AM during the Campaign Period.
(vi) On entering the Campaign, Quiz for the respective day shall be unlocked.
• If you miss the quiz for any specific day and enter the engagement on subsequent days, you will not be allowed to play the quiz for previous days that you have missed.
(vii) On moving ahead, you can invite or join any person to be your partner for a Quiz:
• Where you (“Host”) invite your partner, you need to click on ‘Invite’. You will enter the Quiz Room where you select a mode of inviting through native apps available on your device and then send the message with an invite link and code with your partner. Wait for your partner to join.
• Where you (“Invitee”) want to join your partner, click on the invite link shared by your partner and you will land on the Campaign page. After accepting T&Cs and entering gender, you need to click on ‘Join’. Enter the code shared in the message. You will join your partner in Quiz Room.
• Once Host and Invitee (“individually referred to as Participant(s)”) enter the Quiz Room, Host can start the Quiz.
(viii) Quiz shall have 5 (five) time barred questions. Participants can answer the questions in the given time frame / timer shown on the Quiz page. If both partners answer before the timer ends, the next question will be shown. If only one partner answers, and the question remains unanswered after timer ends, next question to be shown. If none of the partners answers, next question shall appear after timer ends.
(ix) At the end of the Quiz, result screen shall be shown with ‘Score’ attained. Score shall be calculated as percentage of questions answered in sync by both the partners out of total 5 questions asked.

e. Entries through JioEngage:
(i) Jio shall furnish to Mondelez, data provided by the Participants, relevant only to the entry submitted by the Participant, and the Participant hereby expressly consents to the sharing of any such data to Mondelez.
(ii) Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates accepts no liability and shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the Participant is unable to submit his/her entry due to failure on the part of the telecom operator, facility provider, device compatibility etc., or due to capacity constraints.
(iii) All attempts will be made by Jio to protect the data submitted to it by a Participant from loss and corruption, but in the event such data loss happens, Jio may have to continue with whatever data is available, or in any other manner as it may deem reasonable. Mondelez and Jio should not be held responsible for any loss of data or the action taken on account of the same. Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates will not be held responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction on account of such loss.
(iv) Jio will take reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no security breach at its end in the course of conduct of submission of entry for the Campaign and/or that there is no data / entry loss and/or any other loss at its end. However, in the event of a security breach and/or data/ entry loss and/or any other loss for any reasons whatsoever, Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates will not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss on account of any such instances as may be sustained by the Participant. Mondelez and Jio shall have the right at all times to exclude or disregard any entries submitted during any period where a security breach or data/entry loss or any other loss occurs.
(v) Participant acknowledges that all possible issues may not have been identified by Jio and/or its affiliates and associates and/or JioEngage and agrees not to hold liable Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates and associates and/or JioEngage for the application, network, process, technical or any other failures.
(vi) By participating in the Campaign through JioEngage under MyJio, the participant hereby accepts and agrees MyJio’s privacy policy available at www.jio.com.
(vii) Participant also authorizes Jio to collect his/her personal information including name, address, mobile number and other biographical information. Personal information of the Participant will be collected, processed, shared and stored in accordance with Jio’s privacy policy available at www.jio.com.
(viii) Jio and/or its affiliates accepts no liability whatsoever regarding (i) Cadbury Silk Pack, product quality, packaging; (ii) suspension of the Campaign by Mondelez; (iii) criteria for determination of the winner(s) and (iv) any other redressal of grievances, suggestions and/or concerns from the Participants. Any and all such grievances, suggestions and/or concerns with regards to the conduct, or any other activity in relation to the Campaign, can be directed towards Mondelez at 1800227080 not later than 7 days from the completion of the Campaign. It shall not be open for the Participant to require audit or verification of the information, data or any other criteria, process or system adopted by Jio.


3. PRIZES AND WINNER SELECTION:
Below are the Prizes available on offer during the Campaign Period:

a) Participation Prize(s):
(i) “Participation Prize” shall mean ‘20% off on Cadbury Silk’ Coupon redeemable on ‘Cadbury Silk Miss You Bar’ or ‘Cadbury Silk Bar’ worth INR 70 or above. Participation Prize can be redeemed at Reliance Fresh or Reliance SMART stores (“Reliance Stores”) subject to availability of ‘Cadbury Silk Miss You Bar’ or ‘Cadbury Silk Bar’ worth INR 70 or above at such Reliance Stores.
(ii) A Participant who completes the entire user journey to reach the results screen and Score is generated for such Participant (regardless of having answered any or all questions or answering any or all questions correctly), at least once during the Campaign period shall be eligible for Participation Prize (“Eligible Contestant for Participation Prize”).
(iii) Mondelez will determine such 4,00,000 ‘Eligible Contestant(s) for Participation Prize’ during the Campign Period on ‘first come first serve’ basis as “Participation Prize Winner(s)” and award Participation Prize.
(iv) Participants can participate in the Campaign multiple times during the Campaign Period, however each participant is eligible to win Participation Prize only once during the Campaign Period.
(v) Participation Prize won will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under “Prizes” section of the Campaign.
(vi) Special Terms and Conditions applicable for Particiaption Prizes are given in Annexure 1.

b) Bumper Prize(s):
(i) “Bumper Prize” shall mean (i) 1 year RJIL Recharge Plan worth INR 2121 or (ii) INR 500 worth Amazon Pay Gift Card.
(ii) A Participant is eligible for Bumper Prize only when such Participant has completed the entire user journey in 100% sync i.e.; achieved 100% Score on all 10 consecutive days from 2nd September to 11th September, 2020 (“Eligible Bumper Participants”).
(iii) Mondelez will determine such 260 Eligible Bumper Participant(s) during the Campign Period on ‘first come first serve’ basis as “Bumper Prize Winner(s)” and award Bumper Prize.
(iv) On 10th day (i.e. 11th September, 2020), first 10 Eligible Bumper Participants shall get 1 year RJIL Recharge Plan worth INR 2121 and next 250 Eligible Bumper Participants shall get INR 500 worth Amazon Pay Gift Card, subject to clause 3(b)(iii) above.
(v) Each Eligible Bumper Participant can win only one Bumper Prize during the Campaign Period.
(vi) Bumper Prize won will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under ‘Prizes’ section of the Campaign. However, such Bumper Prize constituting 1 year RJIL Recharge Plan worth INR 2121, shall be credited to the account to Bumper Prize Winner only if such Bumper Prize Winner is an active subscriber of telecommunication services of RJIL on the day of credit and has used such registered mobile number of RJIL to participate in the Campaign.
(vii) Special Terms and Conditions applicable for Bumper Prizes are given in Annexure 1.

4. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

(i) Mondelez may, in its sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Campaign at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Campaign for any reason including in the event of viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, government restrictions or other causes that are beyond our control that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Campaign or submission of entries.

(ii) Mondelez and Jio shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to): (a) any SPAM generated messages; (b) any SMS message delivery failures; (c) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by You or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign; (e) any technical or operational issue in the JioEngage and/or MyJio restricting or preventing your participation in the Campaign or availment of your Prize; (f) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (g) injury or damage to Your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Campaign; (h) other conditions beyond our reasonable control.

(iii) Mondelez in our sole discretion reserves our right to exclude You from Campaign and/or not to attribute the Prize, and/or to cancel all or part of the Campaign, without any liability on our part, if We believe You have (a) breached any of these T&Cs; (b) acted or have the intention of act in a dishonest or fraudulent manner, or in bad faith; (c) tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign; (d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

(iv) If Your entry is incomplete or if You use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of MyJio account used to enter the Campaign at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same MyJio account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who has successfully signed in to their MyJio application account. No benefits greater than those described in these T&Cs shall be awarded.


5. MISCELLANEOUS:

(a) Participation in this Campaign is at your sole discretion and on a voluntary basis. We do not advice you to travel and visit any stores for any non-essential activity. We encourage you to comply with safety and hygiene guidelines as directed by government including usage of masks and maintenance of social distance norms for all visits and travel. If for any reason whatsoever, due to your participation in the Campaign or redemption of Prize at Reliance Stores, you are infected with corona virus or come in contract with a person infected with corona virus, We shall not be held liable directly or indirectly in that regard. You understand the risk associated with your participation in the Campaign and the requirement to visit or travel Reliance Stores for prize redemption.

(b) Mondelez and their associates, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible or liable for failure by the winner to redeem the Prize won at the any Reliance Stores including failure to redeem due to restrictions placed by any government authorities at the location of Reliance Stores restricting movement or travel. You understand and acknowledge that this Campaign is being offered on a reasonable effort basis and the ability of the Participant to avail the benefit is subject to Government permissions and restrictions that may be imposed upon people movement or upon the operation of retail shops and other commercial establishments. Mondelez and its Execution Partners shall not be held liable on this account if any Participant is unable to avail the benefit due to such restrictions.

(c) We will not be liable if any Reliance Stores are not operational due to lockdown restrictions imposed by government authorities or for any other force majeure event because of which you are not able to redeem your Prize;

(d) You agree that all decisions taken by Mondelez and/or Campaign Partners related to the Campaign are final and binding on You. Failure by Us to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

(e) We will not be liable for any costs incurred by You in connection with Your participation in the Campaign. We will not liable if the Participants do not have mobile phones that support the Campaign.

(f) Announcements and information about the Campaign shall be posted on JioEngage tab under MyJio – please refer to the T&Cs section and My Winnings for any details.

(g) If you are dissatisfied with the Campaign or the Campaign rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Campaign form, the materials available related thereto, or with these T&Cs, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Campaign.

(h) If a person chooses to access this Campaign from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country.

(i) All users of JioEngage and / or MyJio who are smart phone users (Android / iOS) are allowed to participate in this campaign and it is not restricted to Jio subscribers only. This campaign is not available for Jio Phone users.

(j) In the event of death of a Participation Prize Winner or Data Prize Winner or Bumper Prize Winner (collectively referred as “Winners”), no nominees or heirs or any other person shall be eligible to the prize and no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Winner or any other person shall be entertained for receiving the prize.

(k) All applicable taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize(s) shall be the responsibility of Winners.

(l) Neither Mondelez nor the Campaign Partners are propagating breaking social distancing norms or government directives.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s) and all Campaign related material shall vest solely and exclusively with Mondelez at all times. All material submitted in connection with the Campaign by the Participant (whether written, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs linked to your participation in connection with the Campaign are assigned to Mondelēz and Jio upon participation and become the property of Mondelēz and Jio exclusively. Mondelēz and Jio may use the material in any medium in any manner it sees fit in connection with the Campaign. All intellectual property, including without limitation, any copyrights, trademarks, designs and know how (“Intellectual Property”) relating to Mondelez products shall belong to Mondelez. All Intellectual Property related to the Campaign, JioEngage and/or MyJio and those owned exclusively by the Execution Partners shall at all times continue to belong to the respective Execution Partners.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION:

(i) You agree that for the purpose of operating this Campaign, Execution Partners may collect personal and/or sensitive personal information (“Personal Data”) from You. Such Personal Data will be used by Mondelēz and/or the Execution Partners for the purpose of operating this Campaign. Providing Personal Information is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data shall result in your inability to participate in the Campaign. Participants eligible for a Prize give their consent to the collection and processing of such Personal Information. Please note that your acceptance of these terms and conditions is deemed to signify your agreement to collection, use, transfer, storage, handling or otherwise processing your Personal Data in accordance with terms hereof.

(ii) We reserve the right to refuse to issue Prizes to the winners unless they provide their Personal Data necessary to release the Prize and to perform other activities to run the Campaign.

(iii) Participants authorize Execution Partners to use the Personal Data sent to the Campaign in connection with the Campaign.

(iv) By accepting these terms and conditions you also hereby give your consent to Mondelez or any other third party nominated by Mondelez to carry out profiling of your anonymized data made available through JioEngage and/or MyJio and for this reason transfer of your Personal Data to such third parties. Mondelēz and/or Campaign Partner will take the necessary measures to secure and keep safe, either directly or through third parties, any such information that You may have shared. In case of any grievance relating to storage of your Personal Data you may report the same by using any of the modes of raising complaints as provided on JioEngage and/or MyJio.

(v) It is important to remember that whatever You transmit or disclose can be collected and used by others or unlawfully intercepted by third-parties. No data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your information, We cannot warrant the security of any information You transmit to us.

(vi) Your personal information may be retained and may continue to be used until: (i) the relevant purposes for the use of Your information described in this clause are no longer applicable; and (ii) We and/or Campaign Partners are no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain Your personal information and the retention of Your personal information is not required for the establishment, exercise or defense of any legal claim.


8. FORCE MAJEURE:

This Campaign is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, government restrictions or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Mondelēz/ Campaign Partner/ Execution Partner ("Force Majeure Event"). We / Campaign Partner / Execution Partner shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Participants in the Campaign including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with the Campaign. Participation in the Campaign is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these T&Cs, including (without limitation) this clause.

Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these T&Cs, or the rights and obligations of the participants and/or Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner and/or Execution Partner shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By participating in the Campaign, you give Mondelēz and/ or its affiliates irrevocable and unconditional permission to collect, use, store, transfer or other handle/process your Personal Data including your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Campaign and any promotions, events, or Campaigns to follow including to cover the Campaign and Your participation through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and that You shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard. These uses also include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for any of the aforementioned use including use of Your pictures and hereby release Mondelez and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.

11. LIABILITY RELEASE:

This Campaign is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Campaign is voluntary. By participating in the Campaign, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Mondelez and any of its / their affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Mondelez and its / their services/products for any matters in relation to this Campaign, including the Prizes or for any errors and omissions or any illegal acts by You or non-compliance with any Government directives. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Campaign, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Campaign, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to indemnify and/ or any of its respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Campaign including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some illegal, negligent act or omission, or otherwise. You shall be liable for all the personal taxation that might arise out of the winnings from this Campaign and shall not hold Mondelez and/ or its affiliates responsible for payment of the same and/ or any dispute arising in relation thereof.

1. This INR 500 worth Amazon Pay Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Qwikcilver”) and co-branded with Amazon pay (India) Private Limited (Amazon Pay). You may use Gift Cards provided to you in the manner provided hereunder. By using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
2. This Gift Card will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under ‘Engage’ tab of “MyJio” within 72 hours of completion of the Quiz and will be credited to the registered mobile number (Jio or Non-Jio) used to participate in the Campaign within 7 days from the date it gets reflected in “My Winnings” tab.

11. Liability of Reliance or Mondelez is limited to provide the E-Coupon for redemption and to a maximum of the discount value of E-Coupon.
12. In case of no Reliance Store in your city or Reliance Stores are not operational due to lockdown restrictions/ government regulations, the E-Coupon may be transferred to a friend/family, who can redeem such E-Coupon subject to a maximum of 4 E-Coupons only.
13. Bearer of the E-Coupon code shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Special Terms and Conditions.
14. Bearer of this E-Coupon code is deemed to be the beneficiary of this E-Coupon code. Any redemption by the bearer of E-Coupon code shall be considered as a valid discharge of liabilities by Parties.
15. Reliance or Mondelez shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third party liability, whether directly or indirectly arising out of or in relation to use of E-Coupon code and availing the off/discount thereunder by the bearer.
16. Any dispute with regard to quality of any Mondelez product purchased as part of the Campaign shall be addressed to the Mondelez. Reliance or Jio shall not be held responsible for the same.
17. Offer of this E-Coupon is valid only on ‘Cadbury Silk Miss You Bar’ or ‘Cadbury Silk Bar’ (which ever is available) worth INR 70 or above.

19. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.

Special Terms and Conditions for 1 year RJIL Recharge Plan worth INR 2121
1. 1 Year RJIL Recharge Plan worth INR 2121 will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under ‘Engage’ tab of “MyJio” within 72 hours of completion of the Quiz and will be credited to the registered mobile number of RJIL used to participate in the Campaign within 7 days from the date it gets reflected in “My Winnings” tab.
2. The Offer shall be open for all Eligible Customers on and from 23rd September 2020.
3. These Special Terms and Conditions shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
4. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. 6. RJIL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Customer. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Customer on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
7. RJIL, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Customer. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
8. If any term/ condition under these Special Terms and Conditions of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.

Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RJIL (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and / or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
10. In no event shall RJIL (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
11. The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
12. The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN & IMEI.
