I. CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION:

National Safety Week Campaign (“Campaign”) is made available on JioEngage inside MyJio Application, platform owned and operated by Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) (“Platform”) and allows a user of the Platform (‘Participant’) to participate in the Campaign organized by Reliance Retail Limited via the Platform.

II. DEFINITIONS:
1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter defined), the expressions used as shown herein-under shall have the meaning ascribed to them as shown herein-below:
(a) “Company” means Reliance Retail Limited (“RRL”) and/or any of its affiliates or associates;
(b) “Campaign Period” shall mean 4th March,2021 to 10th March, 2021;
(c) “Prize(s)” shall mean (a) 10% Discount (up to maximum of INR 50/-) on shopping with Jio Mart; and (b) Credit of INR 500 in Jio Mart Wallet. Prizes include such other prizes as may be determined and announced by the Company from time to time and awarded to the Participant subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in Annexure-A.
(d) “Winner(s)” shall mean such Participant(s) who are determined as winners of this Campaign by the Company and includes Participation Prize Winners and Quiz Prize Winners.
(e) “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions governing the Campaign, as stated herein in entirety and as may be amended by the Company from time to time.

III. PROCEDURE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN:

1. Participation and Registration
(a) The Participant may participate in the Campaign by registering on MyJio that may be downloaded from app store for iOS or play store for android. Campaign will be available on Platform during the Campaign Period.
(b) Any entry for participation in the Campaign is not transferrable.
(c) The Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company may, at its discretion, contact the Participant, if required, for any clarifications needed on the information provided, proof of identity and/or eligibility.
(d) The Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company, reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Campaign at its sole discretion, should the Participant at any stage furnish untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
(e) For Non-Jio Subscribers: Such Participant will have to verify their mobile number for registration on MyJio by confirming the OTP received on their mobile number. After confirming the mobile number, the Participant will have to access the JioEngage in MyJio and click on ‘National Safety Week’ tab to start participating in the Campaign.
(f) For Jio Subscribers: Such Participant may directly open the Platform and click on ‘National Safety Week’ tab to start participating in the Campaign.
(g) This Campaign is available only for Android & iOS users. This Campaign is not available for Jio Phone users.
(h) The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall be entitled to, for the purposes of the Campaign, receive any personal information of the Participant(s) from JPL, including the contact information used to register on MyJio. The Participant hereby expressly consents to JPL for sharing of any such data with the Company.
(i) Taking part in the registration process shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Participant to receive promotional messages from the Company and / or Platform and / or any third party so authorized by the Company.
(j) The procedures for registration and participation in the Campaign are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

2. Charges for the Campaign

(a) Downloading MyJio and participating in Campaign is free of cost, however data charges may apply.
(b) In case any Participant participates while roaming in a different circle/zone/country, additional roaming rates may apply.

3. Rules of Participation and Winner Selection

(a) A Participant shall upon clicking the Campaign tab, participate in the Campaign by clicking on the ‘I Pledge’ button for national safety to proceed further. Furthermore, upon clicking the ‘I Pledge’ button, Participant will need to agree to the T&C’s to proceed in the Campaign.

(b) Post accepting T&Cs, a Participant can participate in National Safety Quiz any time during the Campaign Period by clicking on the “Play & Win” tab visible inside the Campaign:
• National Safety Quiz is a fun activity wherein the user needs to answer three (3) multiple choice questions given on the screen for the system to suggest a suitable result basis user inputs. A Participant can also share the invite link to this Campaign with his / her friends / family (using the native sharing apps available on the device) by clicking the ‘Share’ tab visible on result screen.
• The result needs to be considered as just a suggestion, based purely on predefined logic implemented and user inputs. A Participant can choose to consider the suggestion on his/her own discretion and Company and / or Platform is not liable for any outcome.
• National Safety Quiz shall be refreshed with new questions for each day during the Campaign Period from 4th March 2021 and 10th March 2021. A Participant may participate the quiz multiple times during each day of the Campaign Period.

(c) Prizes: Following Prizes shall be awarded during the Campaign Period, which will also be visible to the Participants in the ‘Prizes’ section of the Campaign:
• Participation Prize: Participant(s) who have participated in National Safety Quiz and answered at least one (1) question, shall be eligible to win Participation Prize (“Eligible Participants for Participation Prize”) on first come first serve basis. During the Campaign Period, total 1 Lacs ‘10% Discount Coupon of Jio Mart’ shall be shall be awarded as Participation Prize to Eligible Participants for Participation Prize (“Participation Prize Winners”). Each Eligible Participant for Participation Prize can win Participation Prize only once during the day, every day from 4th March to 10th March, 2021; subject to availability. Refer Annexure A for special terms and conditions applicable on ‘10% Discount Coupon of Jio Mart’.
• Quiz Completion Prize: Participant(s) who have participated in National Safety Quiz and answered all the questions to complete the Quiz and reach the result screen, shall be eligible to win Quiz Completion Prize (“Eligible Participants for Quiz Prize”). Each day during the Campaign Period, first 50 Eligible Participants for Quiz Prize, shall be awarded ‘INR 500 credit in Jio Mart Wallet’ (“Quiz Prize Winners”). Each Eligible Participant for Quiz Prize can win Quiz Prize only once during the Campaign Period from 4th March to 10th March, 2021. Refer Annexure A for special terms and conditions applicable on ‘INR 500 credit in Jio Mart Wallet’.

(d) The Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company, reserves the right to (i) choose any methodology or criteria to determine Eligible Participants and / or Winners; and (ii) determine any number of Eligible Participant(s) as Winner(s); at its sole discretion and without any prior intimation and Prize(s) so won shall be announced by the Company and / or Platform as it may deem fit. Depending upon the requirement and availability, the Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company may also, at its discretion, decide to choose Winners with the help of a randomizing software developed specially for choosing Winners.

4. Winner Declaration and Pay-out/ Prize(s) handover

(a) Winners of the Participation Prize and Quiz Prize shall receive a text message from the Company within 10 working days from the date of participation, on their mobile number registered with MyJio which is used to participate in the Campaign, intimating the details of the Prize won and code for redeeming such Prize.
(b) The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to institute one or more Prize(s) for the Campaign and the terms and conditions attendant thereto.
(c) The Company reserves the right to offer or withdraw any of the Prize(s) as provided herein-under, at any point of time, including after they have been announced.
(d) The Company may, in its sole discretion, exclude a Participant from participating in any part of the Campaign which may include without limitation (i) circumstances which, in the Company's view, renders the Participant unfit to participate therein; (ii) inability to produce documentation specified by the Company proving the identity of the Participant; (iii) any other reason that, at the discretion of Company, would adversely impact the Company and / or Platform and / or the Campaign. At no point of time will the Company be obliged to notify unsuccessful Participants of its decision.
(e) The Company and/or the Platform will have no liability to a Participant who is unable to take part in the Campaign for whatever reason and the Company shall be entitled to disqualify the Participant(s) from the Campaign at any time, at the discretion of the Company.
(f) The Company further reserves the right to replace at its discretion any Winner(s) who for any reason fails or is disqualified from or unable to participate in the Game with another Participant eligible to be a Winner, notwithstanding that such Participant may have been previously eliminated from the Campaign and each Participant shall agree to collect the Prize(s) as and when required by the Company to do so.
(g) If at any point it is determined by the Company and/or the Platform that any person has tampered with MyJio, the Campaign, or any data / servers / database / etc. related to the Campaign, the Company reserves the right at its discretion to revoke or cancel points or winnings of any such Participant and / or initiate litigation as deemed fit and necessary by the Company.
(h) Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable on the Prize(s) won by the Winner(s) under the laws of India shall be borne by the Winner(s) and/or relevant sponsors in relation to the relevant Prize(s). The Prize(s) to the Winner(s) shall be subject to deduction of all applicable taxes and levies and subject to the relevant Winner(s) providing the relevant documents as may be prescribed by the Company and/or relevant sponsor and subject to the Winner’s adherence to the applicable conditions, including special conditions, for the purposes of availing the Prize(s).
(i) The delivery of any Prize(s), including the terms and conditions applicable thereto, shall be determined by the relevant sponsor thereof. Neither the Company nor the sponsor will be responsible should the Winner(s) refuse to accept and/or be unavailable or incapacitated in any manner whatsoever to accept the Prize(s) as made available.
(j) The Winner agrees that the delivery of his/her relevant Prize(s) may be delayed as a result of a delay in submission of documents and/ or any force majeure events which are not within the control of the Company.
(k) The Winner hereby agrees that he/ she shall not hold the Company and/or the Platform responsible for any delays and/ or disputes and/or claims arising out of any Prize(s) that such Winner may be entitled to, and shall indemnify the Company against any and all such claims.
(l) The Winner hereby agree that any in case of any disputes/ claims arising out of any Prize(s), the same shall be addressed directly to the relevant sponsor of such Prize(s) and the Company and / or Platform shall not be held responsible for the same.
(m) The Company may refuse to pay winnings or reclaim all sums paid to Winners in the event of any fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement on the part of any of such Winner(s) to participate in the Game under the Terms and Conditions.

5. Special Conditions for Prizes

(a) With respect to the Prizes, the special conditions applicable, if any, as notified by the relevant sponsor to the Company and/or Platform, is provided in Annexure A hereto. The Company and/or Platform shall make reasonable endeavors to communicate at Annexure A, such special conditions as may be notified to it by the relevant sponsors from time to time. However, the Company and/or Platform does not guarantee or assure the completeness and accuracy of such special conditions, including any updation or revision thereof from time to time and it shall be the sole responsibility of the relevant Winner(s) to ascertain all conditions pertaining to the Prize won by such Winner directly with the relevant sponsor.
(b) The Company and/or Platform shall not be, in any manner, responsible for any decision taken by a Winner to avail any Prize and any consequences arising from the conditions that may be imposed by the relevant sponsors upon such Winner(s).
(c) In the case of any conflict between any of the special conditions laid out in Annexure A and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall take precedence and prevail.

IV. SYSTEMS AND AVAILABILITY
1. The Company and/or the Platform will not be responsible for any unavailability of the application, server, system or software, break or disconnection or disruption in network connectivity in any manner.
2. The Participant acknowledges that all possible issues in Campaign may not have been identified by the Company and/or Platform and / or its partners, and agrees to hold harmless the Company, the Platform and its partners for the application, network, process, technical or any other failures. Any losses, injury, discomfort, loss of privacy, inability to participate or any other discomfort of any sort caused to the Participant or the Participant’s property or device shall not be the responsibility of the Company or its partners. For any queries and/or grievances the Participant may provide feedback/complaints at jioengage@jio.com
3. It shall not be open for the Participant(s) or any of their representatives to require an audit or verification of process or system, adopted by the Company and the Platform as part of the process of conduct of Campaign.

V. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PUBLICITY
The Company and / or Platform shall keep all the information (including sensitive personal information) collected from the Participants confidential and shall not share the information so collected with any party, save and except for the purposes of the Campaign. The Participants hereby agree that the Company and / or Platform may share the information so collected with any third party only for the purposes of the Campaign in an anonymised manner. Any information shared by the Participant to the Company and / or Platform shall be handled by the Company and / or Platform in terms of the privacy policy of the Company and Platform respectively available at https://relianceretail.com/privacy-policy.html and https://www.jio.com/en-in/myjio-privacy-policy.

VI. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Participant hereby represents that he/she is not under any exclusive contracts with any other third party/ agency or is not under any kind of disqualification under law to enter into an agreement with the Company and / or Platform and / or its affiliates, as the case may be.
2. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Campaign at his / her free-will and is willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the Campaign.
3. In the event of any fault, misunderstanding or dispute concerning any part of Campaign, and/or the operation of the telephone system, or the validity of any question or answer options, the decision of the Company and / or Platform acting on instructions of the Company shall be final and binding on all Participant(s) and other persons.
4. The Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company, reserves the right to amend (add, delete or modify) the Terms and Conditions prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice to the Public/Participant, in order to improve Campaign or remedy any issues that occur.
5. The Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company has the right at any time to terminate Campaign without any prior intimation or notice to the public.
6. If the operation of Campaign is prevented by an event of force majeure including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company and / or Platform or otherwise, the Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company may cancel all or any part of the Campaign, or take such other decision as it deems fit.
7. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Participant submits irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
9. The Company and / or the Platform acting on instructions of the Company is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present Terms and Conditions.
10. The Company and / or the Platform is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental trauma caused to any Participant in any manner whatsoever, in relation to Campaign.
11. The Participant hereby agrees to indemnify the Company and / or the Platform and / or its affiliates against any claims that might arise from their actions or omissions while participating in Campaign.
12. The only way to enter Campaign is through participation as described in Terms and Conditions. There is no other way of entering Campaign. Any person claiming that he/she can help get you wins for a consideration is defrauding you. Please contact your local police and report this person immediately.  

Annexure-A

Special terms and conditions applicable to “Credit of INR 500 in Jio Mart Wallet” coupon:
1. This ‘Credit of INR 500 in Jio Mart Wallet’ (“Coupon”) will be credited in the Jio Mart Wallet associated with the Winner’s mobile number used to participate in the Campaign. The credit will get reflected in Jio Mart Wallet of the Winner, within 10 working days from the date of participation.
2. Coupon can be redeemed only on Jio Mart official app and website.
3. Coupon is valid for redemption up to 30th December, 2021.
4. The Coupon can be redeemed only once.
5. Coupon cannot be encashed i.e. no cash refunds in part or full against this Coupon will be provided.
6. Coupon cannot be redeemed for availing any service of whatever nature.
7. Decision of Jio Mart in respect of any matters related here to shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
8. The Coupon is not a legal tender.

13. Save and except the ability to determine the user to whom the Coupon would be distributed, the Platform is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for all matters relating to the Coupon including availability, eligibility, delivery or any other matters relating thereto or arising therefrom and the Company shall be solely responsible and liable therefor.
14. The merchandise made available through redemption of the Coupon is being provided by the Company. Such merchandise / services may be subject to such terms and conditions as may be stipulated by the Company. Any and all matters relating to the merchandise / services, including but not limited to the packing, delivery, consumption and queries, clarifications, grievances and disputes relating thereto and/or arising therefrom shall be between the user and the Company only, with no recourse to the Platform at any point of time, whatsoever.
15. Any dispute pertaining to products purchased through the Coupon provided by the Company and any liability, warranty and quality of such products shall be addressed by the Company. The Platform has no liability towards such disputes.
16. In case a user faces any issues pertaining to the Coupon code, then the user may reach out to Company at 1800 102 7382.
17. All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

1. This “Get 10% Discount on shopping with Jio Mart” (“Coupon”) code will be sent via a text message (SMS) on winners’ mobile number used to participate in the Campaign, within 10 working days from the date of participation.
2. On applying the Coupon, user will be entitled for a 10% Discount on shopping from Jio Mart, subject to maximum discount of INR 50/-.
3. Coupon can be redeemed only on Jio Mart official app and website.
4. Coupon is valid for redemption up to 10th April, 2021.
5. Coupon is valid only on the items shown eligible at the time of payment.
6. Coupon can be redeemed over and above the ongoing offer and is valid on a single invoice only.
7. Only one coupon code can be redeemed per invoice and a Coupon can be redeemed only once.
