The Valentines Day Special campaign is all about poping users heart out and saying it with a personalised greeting. The campaign is divided into two phases . In the first phase , users are asked to choose an avatar for themselves and their partner. Once chosen they are then asked the kind of greeting they want to send to their partner. Amongst the three types (Postcard, Dance Video & Video of the Day) the user chooses their favourite type and downloads/shares the same with their partner. If the users sends this greeting on all 8 days (7th to 14th Feb), they will win a coffee voucher*. In the second phase, in addition to sending two types of greeting (Postcard, Dance Video) the user can also upload a video of theirs with a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate. Upon successful validation, the user gets a chance to win a dinner voucher*.

Of course! Infact In the first phase, there is a reward if you enter and share everyday. So we urge you to come and share your greeting with your partner everyday.

The campaign has two phases. The first phase is open from 00.01 on the 7th Feburary 2020, to 23:59 on the 14th Feburary 2020. The second phase is open from 00.01 on 15th Feburary 2020 to 23:59 on 23rd Feburary 2020.

There are a total of 9 greetings available on any given day ie. 4 types of postcard greeting, 4 types of dance video greeting and one video of the day greeting. You can download and or share any greeting any number of times in a day.

You need to select one avatar from the available choices for yourself and one for your partner. After selection, if you want to edit your avatar, that can be done by going into the settings. Settings icon is present on the home screen.

We would really appreciate if you could follow these naming guidelines : The names need to comprise of only alphabets. They can be upto 10 characters in length. Please refrain from using any offensive, rude or politically motivated terminology.

Heart wallet is the place where you can see the status of all the stickers (one sticker for each day) earned by you during the course of the campaign. On earning all stickers you will be entitled to a reward.

For the 1st Phase : By Downloading and or Sharing any/all greetings the user will unlock the sticker of the day. To be eligible to win the reward, the user needs to earn all 8 stickers (ie Rose, Propose, Chocolate, Teddy, Promise, Hug, Kiss and Valentine).
For the 2nd Phase : The user needs to upload a video of themselves with a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate. The user uploading such video will then be eligible to win the reward.

For the 1st Phase : Upon unlocking all stickers, the users will get a Buy one Get one Free coffee voucher. The coffee voucher with T&C’s, coupon code etc. will be available from 15th – 22nd Feb in the heart wallet section and afterwards in the “My winnings” section of Jio Engage.
For the 2nd Phase : Upon uploading a correct video (i.e. user and the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate bar/wrapper clearly visible) users will be eligible for either a dinner voucher or a Buy one Get one Free coffee voucher and a chance to feature in “Video Wall” section of the engagement. The dinner/coffee voucher with T&C’s, coupon code etc. will be available from 18th -23rd Feb in the heart wallet section an afterwards in the “My winnings” section of Jio Engage.
